Rod Stewart - Do you think I'm sexy

Well just have to share with you gals that I am headed to Tulsa tomorrow afternoon to see Rod Steward LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG... I have been a Rod Steward fan for years and years and years! Never thought I would see him live.......... Ok ok it is not the most spiritual thing I could do but I plan on going and ENJOYING this treat! We will go up and have a bite to eat and then to the concert and then home.

We are not staying in Tulsa because Mom is sick and they will be doing some blood work in the morning early and I am guessing that she is going to be going to the hospital. I think she is anemic to the point of needing a transfusion...... I have seen her like this before and I recognize the signs.
She is very very pale and no energy and dizzy to the point of using her walker. I am worried about her and will be so anxious to see those nurses in the morning. She gets like this every couple of years or so and it has been about 18 months since her last episode. Please pray for her...

Anyway, right now we plan on leaving around 4:30 tomorrow and getting downtown Tulsa by 7 and the concert at 8. I am soooooooooooo excited. I have never paid money to go to these concerts as they are very expensive, but last year I got to see Neil Diamond and now Rod Stewart!!!!!!!

I will sneak my camera in and take some pictures to share with you this weekend.
I will not go of course if Mom is any worse tomorrow. I pray that she has a good night and awakes to be a bit better.

Just stopping in to say that I miss you and you and you and you and I cannot forget about you and you over there and you out there and you and you and you!
Time is just going by and I am missing my blog friends!



Dennis is about 3 days away from finishing his projects at the University and he has had a long week last week and worked through the weekend and will work through the weekend this week, BUT then he is finished and I must say that the rooms that he has equipped are very very nice........ He will be programing all the equipment in the last 6 rooms this weekend. That is what goes way over my head. He is very technical and how he does what he does is amazing! Does it sound like I am proud of him?

He is about over his surgery and after this week he will get some rest and he should be fully recovered.

Mom and Dad are doing good and things here are quiet for a change. Mother does not seem to be getting any worse right now and I am thankful for that. We found out that Dad is anemic so I am fixing them spinach twice a week and liver once a week to see if we can fix it without giving him iron pills. Mother was taking them and is so mess up her digestion. Maybe the change in diet will help.

I am busy putting things on Ebay this week and hope to have many things listed. I have a storage unit full of stuff that Dennis and I collected while we lived in Kansas. We loved to go to auctions and garage sales and buy stuff for Ebay. We do not get to do that much anymore and we have LOTS of stuff and I need to get rid of it. I will put a link on my blog when it is ready for you Ebayers!


Well, I hope to get out and about and visit some during this week but just want you to know that I am here and so very busy, but miss you guys SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!
