Finished the last job in my shop today. Twelve shirts and four jackets. I hate jackets, especially the Car Hart kind. They are so thick and hard to hoop. Each one has a logo on the left and a name on the right so that is twice hooped. By the time I get them hooped and sewn out my shoulders hurt. I am glad that I am finished. She will come to get her shirts and jackets on Monday.
I am so glad to be finished.
Maybe I will even be able to show you gals what I can do and maybe even sell a few things..
Maybe I will have more time to blog, I sure hope so!
You girls take it nice and slow this December and enjoy the days. I am sending joy and peace and a stress free holiday for each of you!
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY
The Christian has to live in the world, but he must draw all his resources from outside of the world.
I am so glad to be finished.
I thought that quitting would be hard but I am beginning to like the idea of being able to pursue my dolls and my primitives. I will clean my shop on Monday and most likely just work on Christmas cards and things for the holidays and start fresh the first of the year.
Maybe I will even be able to show you gals what I can do and maybe even sell a few things..
I have a birthday party planned for Sunday afternoon, it is Christopher's 40th birthday. Just a cake and some ice-cream chips and dip. A few family members and a few friends. Hard to imagine that he is 40! I was only 13 when he was born! Hahahahahhaha
I will take pictures.
Maybe I will have more time to blog, I sure hope so!

I'm always happy when people can enjoy the life God has planned for them..Closing shop is all in his plan, he's got something else in mind for you. You have a great day celebrating and eat a corner piece of cake for me and 2 scoops of ice cream as well!! Please pray for me on Monday. I so love you

ReplyDeleteSounds like a good plan. My latest post makes it sound like I'm going crazy here, but it is all things that make me happy, not stressed. Now shopping - that's a different story!
