Yum! Had a sweets craving so made a sweet potato chocolate  pudding.

Eta for recipe:
Ingredients
1 pound sweet potatoes (about 2 medium baked sweet potatoes)
1 cup plant milk of your choice, I used Oat milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
4-8 Medjool dates soaked if not already soft

Put in blender blend til creamy
